All Q Drops – Part 50: Wikileaks Connects Saudi Arabia / Qatar to ISIL Funding, Hillary Knew, Indications of Trump’s Classified War Against the Deep State

How this Works

For each publication, I will review one or more Q drop and discuss at a high level. There is a vast amount of data out there that I cannot not hope to capture in these publications. Therefore, I encourage each of you to independently research the data and come to your own conclusions.

Drop #119 (https://qalerts.app/):

Q begins drop #119 by asking about money flow disruption. As with any other phrase I would expect to be defined in a textbook, and especially with this one (as everything uses money), a true definition can be hard to nail down. However, the general concept is that specific actions can be applied to a monetary system (individual, group, company, nation, etc.) to change the flow of money in either a positive or negative way. The most relevant examples we have discussed are the Saudi Arabia arrests (specifically Alwaleed Bin Talal) and Jeff Sessions freezing slush funds. These actions likely caused a significant disruption within the monetary network of the Deep State. Next, Q asks us to list the Billionaires. As there were over 2,000 at the time (2017), I will provide some highlights and resources to allow you to dig as deep as you desire. • “Bill Gates is the number one richest for the fourth year in a row, and the richest person in the world for 18 out of the past 23 years”

• “Amazon’s Jeff Bezos had the best year of any person on the planet, adding $27.6 billion to his fortune.”

• “Warren Buffett had the second-best year, and the biggest gain since Donald Trump was elected president in November 2016.”

• “[Amancio] Ortega’s fortune was up $4.3 billion since last year, but he still fell to fourth in the world.”

• “Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg moved up to number five for the first time.”

• “Carlos Slim Helu of Mexico, once the world’s richest man, fell to number six, the first time he’s been out of the top five in a dozen years.”

• “There were 195 newcomers. Mainland China had the most new ten-figure fortunes with 76. The U.S. was second with 25.”

• “There are also 15 new self-made women, all but one of whom are from Asia Pacific.”

Next, Q asks about families that pre-date the two world wars. Doing some digging I was able to find the Windsor, Rothschild, Rockefeller, (JP) Morgan, Schiff, Bush, Astor, Ford, Dupont, Carnegie, and Vanderbuilt. Note: There are many others. I will discuss them as they appear in the drops. Ultimately, this is relevant because some of these families have been involved in the Central Banking establishment / expansion over the decades (centuries?), the world wars (likely all other major conflicts / crises), the Deep State establishment (whenever that was, at least for the current Deep State we face), and its expansion. As you dig backwards you often find the more common hidden families / players of the Deep State (i.e. much closer to those who really pull the strings). However, it is unclear what that power structure truly looks like. Regardless, to destroy this global power structure, I believe Trump and the Patriots have sufficient classified information to both understand and implicate the entire power structure (think the complexity of bringing down the Mafia through a giant sting operation).

Then Q asks who audits the billions that are spent on war. “The U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) cannot render an opinion on the 2010 consolidated financial statements of the federal government, because of widespread material internal control weaknesses, significant uncertainties, and other limitations.” “The main obstacles to a GAO opinion were: (1) serious financial management problems at the Department of Defense (DOD) that made its financial statements unauditable, (2) the federal government’s inability to adequately account for and reconcile intragovernmental activity and balances between federal agencies, and (3) the federal government’s ineffective process for preparing the consolidated financial statements” (https://www.gao.gov/press-release/u.s.-governments-2010-financial-report-shows-significant-financial-management-and-fiscal-challenges). All their reports up to this were presented to the same effect. Newer reports aren’t much better (https://www.gao.gov/products/gao-21-340r). It is likely that much of this money gets laundered away to fuel different sectors of the Deep State. This is evidenced by various scandals and actions of Deep State players (e.g. pork the Deep State put in the Covid bills). “The Justice Department announced Wednesday it will no longer allow prosecutors to strike settlement agreements with big companies directing them to make payouts to outside groups, ending an Obama-era practice that Republicans decried as a “slush fund” that padded the accounts of liberal interest groups.” “Bank of America, for example, was required to pay nonprofit organizations as part of a record $17 billion settlement to resolve an investigation into its role in the sale of mortgage-backed securities before the 2008 financial crisis. The agreement was struck under then-Attorney General Eric Holder’s Justice Department” (http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2017/06/07/doj-ends-holder-era-slush-fund-payouts-to-outside-groups.html).

Next, Q asks about the Fast and Furious or the ATF Gunwalking scandal. “Fast and Furious was a Justice Department program that allowed assault weapons — including .50-caliber rifles powerful enough to take down a helicopter — to be sold to Mexican drug cartels allegedly as a way to track them. But internal documents later revealed the real goal was to gin up a crisis requiring a crackdown on guns in America. Fast and Furious was merely a pretext for imposing stricter gun laws” (https://nypost.com/2016/05/21/the-scandal-in-washington-no-one-is-talking-about/). However, as Q points out, the guns weren’t given away for nothing. The Deep State always ensures that these deals benefit them through some acquisition of more assets / money. To understand why that is, you must understand sound money (e.g. gold, silver, Bitcoin), the Central Bank’s FIAT currency system (https://wtfhappenedin1971.com/), the various markets (e.g. bond, commodities, equities), and why they never educate the general population on how the Deep State uses them in combination with the mainstream media to enslave us / enrich themselves (fiscal / monetary policy, inflation, wars, etc.).

Q then asks who controls the Federal Reserve. “The Federal Reserve Bank was created by an act of the U.S. Congress in 1913, but the executive and legislative branches do not control it directly. Instead, it has its own independent board and is headed by a chairman. Congress does have the power to oversee the Federal Reserve, and there have been many legislative pushes to audit the Fed. The U.S. Treasury also exerts indirect control on the Fed through its operations. The actual owners of the Fed are private member banks, which purchase shares and are paid dividends for their ownership” (http://www.investopedia.com/ask/answers/062415/who-controls-federal-reserve-bank.asp). On a funny note, the Federal Reserve website says that this claim is a “mistake.” Anyone can find the answer (i.e. private owner makeup of 12 “decentralized” banks). As we have discussed and have been shown over and over by Deep State players like Nancy Pelosi, the Deep State enriches themselves via insider trading as they understand the monetary and fiscal policies (and any other relevant information – to include the pandemic) that are coming before it is released to the public. “House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is fighting to preserve her right to trade stocks despite the blatant conflict of interest, and it’s obvious why: She and her husband have done well under the rules as they stand. Drop #120 (https://qalerts.app/):

Q begins drop #120 by asking why there always seems to be a terrorist attack or classified health attack (think No Name) within a short time of bad news for the Deep State. Q asks if we believe in coincidences. At this point, I hope I have demonstrated that there is a very dark and evil world beyond the public veil. If you dig deep enough, you often find that the “coincidences” are planned (and usually favor the Deep State). The Deep State uses whatever they can, including completely fabricated stories, to distract their viewers from what is really going on. As we have seen from the Project Veritas videos exposing CNN, it always comes down to ratings (e.g. pandemic death counts to stoke fear and encourage viewing). Their hatred for Trump worked great for ratings (although continuously declining as people wake up and stop watching). Simply put, the magic happens when you watch (not many who watch investigate and believes the narrative at face value due to the “credentials” of the person behind the screen). As we have discussed, the mainstream media is owned by a small handful of companies, and the Deep State has had an express interest in having ownership in these media companies. That is because it is the mainstream media who gets to set and control the narrative. Once they set the narrative, correct or incorrect, regardless that only a minority of the population are listening, their army of Deep State Operation Mockingbird operators, talking heads, blue checks, bots, trolls, shills, manipulated followers, etc. runs with the narrative (very coordinated effort). Then they repeat the narrative over and over until many believe it without question (i.e. “Repeat a lie often enough and it becomes the truth.” Nazi Joseph Goebbels). As we have experienced, the Operation Mockingbird mainstream media is a very powerful part of the Deep State system. It takes a tremendous amount of factual information, time, and effort to get them to relent, even on a small portion of the false narrative; and even then, they are likely to continue to gaslight and press forward with their agenda. Ultimately, whoever controls the narrative and information, controls the population. Jovan Hutton Pulitzer put out a fitting meme (below) today (https://t.me/JovanHuttonPulitzer/3452). Note: As Q points out, gun confiscation / control was a primary agenda during and after the Obama years (Obama failed to complete this important task).

Next, Q asks who funds ISIS and what email linked funding to Qatar and Saudi Arabia. The following Wikileaks email between Hillary and John Podesta contains a section (I shortened the email in the graphic to focus on this section) that states that Saudi Arabia and Qatar were providing “clandestine financial and logistic support to ISIL and other radical Sunni groups.” This email not only links these countries to the funding, but most importantly proves that the Deep State was aware that this funding (and resulting growth / expansion) was going on, while telling the public that they were trying to “eliminate them.” The full email can be found at the following link (https://wikileaks.org/podesta-emails/emailid/24353). Again, the mainstream media and burying documents under classified headings is an important tool to hide the illicit activities of the Deep State.

Then Q asks us to think about what kinds of tools the National Security Agency / Military Intelligence has regarding data collection (Q only references unclassified capabilities) and tells us to think Snowden. Over the years we have learned about a tremendous amount of sophisticated data collection tools (think facial recognition, contact tracing, vaccine passports, etc.) that either have, or could be, turned against the population. Snowden revealed “evidence that the NSA was secretly building a vast database of US telephone records – the who, the how, the when and the where of millions of mobile calls – was the first and arguably the most explosive of the Snowden revelations published by the Guardian in 2013” (https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2020/sep/03/edward-snowden-nsa-surveillance-guardian-court-rules). Other data collection tools that have come up are text message collection, email collection, carbon credits (wait is this a lame version of Star Wars?), central bank digital currencies (monetary privacy), social credit scores, etc. I mention each of these as they either require or enable the collection of massive amounts of data on the population. In the hands of the Deep State, these tools will be used to implement a global totalitarian police state (I typically use “communism” because I believe they have evil intent for most of us as they implement their 2030 agenda).

Next, Q asks about the NSA limitations on their ability to capture and unmask American citizens. If followed, keeping strict boundaries on the reach of data collection (i.e. shouldn’t be citizens) and their ability to unmask people (i.e. reveal identity or hidden truth) by the three letter agencies would provide protection to the American people. However, the intelligence agencies of foreign governments are not tied to these rules and can spy / unmask American citizens if they determine the benefits outweigh the consequences. Our government demonstrated its willingness to break its own rules when it spied on / unmasked Trump, General Flynn, and others. Q re-addresses Admiral Rogers and why he is so important. “Michael S. Rogers is a former United States Navy admiral who served as the second commander of the United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM). He concurrently served as the 17th director of the National Security Agency (NSA) and as chief of the Central Security Service (CSS) from April 3, 2014. Prior to that, Rogers served as the Commander of the Tenth Fleet and Commander of the United States Fleet Cyber Command. During his tenure, he helped transform and elevate U.S. Cyber Command into a unified combatant command. He relinquished command on May 4, 2018 to his successor, Paul M. Nakasone. He retired from active duty in the United States Navy on June 1, 2018” (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_S._Rogers) (emphasis added).

Then Q asks who wanted Admiral Rogers fired and why. “Defense Secretary Ash Carter and Director of National Intelligence James Clapper have asked President Obama to fire Adm. Michael Rogers.” “Citing several unidentified U.S. officials” “the recommendation was delivered to Obama last month. The president has reportedly not taken action on the recommendation because he is also mulling over whether to separate the NSA from the nation’s Cyber Command” “According to the Post, Clapper would like to see a civilian in charge of the NSA, and that it should have a separate chain of command from the cyber unit” (https://thehill.com/policy/defense/306894-report-clapper-carter-recommended-obama-fire-nsa-head). I believe Q, the data, and their track record indicates that the Deep State had already identified a variety of Deep State vulnerabilities regarding information warfare and were attempting to further centralize their control (i.e. remove Cyber Command from the NSA / Military Intelligence control and create a separate chain of command headed by a civilian puppet). Remember, this is a job of infiltration to change America from one system to another (without anyone knowing). Therefore, although powerful, this demonstrates that their system is neither perfect nor finished.  

Q ends the post with one of the most relevant pieces of information regarding our current situation and that helps prove that we are in an information war with the Deep State (with hidden actions taking place). Q asks, who has the ultimate power to designate / set classification. The answer is the President. Therefore, while Trump was in office, he was legally able (per the rules of the Deep State system / game we find ourselves playing) to work with various Patriots, develop policies / procedures / documents, take action, and whatever else necessary to fight the Deep State at a level of classification Trump deemed too high for them to have access. This is evidenced by their sham investigations, subpoenas, lawsuits, and statements.
