All Q Drops – Part 142: Rosenstein, Russian Indictments, and Palm Trees. Behold the Pale Horse. Think Shell.

How this Works

For each publication, I will review at least one Q drop and discuss at a high level. There is a vast amount of data out there that I cannot not hope to capture in these publications. Therefore, I encourage each of you to independently research the data and come to your own conclusions.  

Drops #780 and 781 (https://qalerts.app/):

Q provides an excerpt from an article covering a February 16, 2018, press conference by Rod Rosenstein to begin drop #780. For some additional context it was a press conference covering “indictment charges [for] 13 Russian nationals and three Russian companies for committing federal crimes while seeking to interfere in the United States political system, including the 2016 presidential election. The defendants allegedly conducted what they called information warfare against the United States, with the stated goal of spreading distrust towards the candidates and the political system in general” (https://bit.ly/3Etct9q). He goes on to describe how these Russians took extraordinary measures to seem like American political activists (e.g. setting up a VPN within the US). When asked about those in the Trump campaign who interacted with these individuals, he stated there was no allegation in the indictment that any American had any knowledge of the nature of this operation. I noted it interesting the situation was characterized as [information warfare]. I have included a link to the video of this short press conference below in case you would rather watch.

Next, Q provides a section that is labeled future proves past. The section reads as if it is an excerpt of an official report and re-affirms what Rosenstein covered above, and further elaborates that the final report would be submitted to the WH / DOJ / other state and local agencies as early as March XX, 2018. What is most peculiar, in my opinion, is it discusses efforts to inject illegal, non-resident ballots that were counted (while legal ballots were improperly tabulated and / or intentionally mishandled. Sound familiar? Reference previous discussion on the efforts by the Trump administration, conducted in the background, that were active to investigate the rigged elections (which have arguably existed for decades in concentrated and selected capacities) an effort to sample counties across the United States, which would yield recommendations for a countrywide investigation into election interference. The section ends by stating the immediate findings warranted a recommendation that certain things be adopted to combat sources and methods involved. As always, I will pull in data as we move forward. However, I believe to some extent, we are still seeing some of this one play out.

Q provides a picture of a palm tree in drop #781. The picture has the title “just waiting.” Stormy Patriot Joe and Absolute1776 compiled a great dig I thought I would share. Also, shout out to JustLikeGizmo on Twitter, who provided an element of the dig. It all started with a Trump Truth that was peculiar, as Trump went on about palm trees. When you dig into the drops, for palm tree pictures, the Truth was one day after a 5-year delta to a palm tree that was titled, “Just Waiting.” Then, if you look at the other drop with a palm tree, which is followed by Q responding to an Anon that stated the trap card had been played. Q responds that the Trump card was coming. If this isn’t enough, the Trump store put out a post that had a white hat and two cards of diamond that displayed 45 when put together. Was Trump indicating he is “just waiting” for go time and the Trump card is on the horizon? Seems to be the case, per our discussions on the indications that we are gearing up for a global nuclear standoff (and likely all sorts of resulting financial stress) that will be diffused by Trump at some point. As always, I will let you decide!

Drop #782 (https://qalerts.app/):

Q responds to an Anon in drop #782. The Anon posts a picture with a section of William Cooper’s, “Behold the Pale Horse” book. If you haven’t read / listened to it, I highly recommend you do so. The Anon describes how they had just found the book, points out it was written in 1991, and states they thought the section piece highlighted on CIA mind control was interesting (note Cooper references another program called Project Orion). Reference the last publication for the bigger dig into MK Ultra and its implementation in the United States and Canada. The Anon asks what everyone else thought (i.e. legit or not). Ultimately, Bill Cooper had access to a variety of classified information, and what we discussed last time was all open source data (i.e. public or declassified by 1991). Having read the book, there are some topics that can be easily misunderstood at first glance (i.e. unidentified aerial phenomenon). I believe this is what drove the questioning attitude as the Anon was determining what truth looked like and how to better think for themself. Q indicates this was a solid dig, by simply responding with the word “BIG.”

Drops #783 through #788 (https://qalerts.app/):

Q tells us there would be a transition from the CIA to the NSA in drop #783. I believe this is in reference to the handling of national security data. I also believe that the CIA will be significantly re-structured or (hopefully) dismantled all together. Q refers to JFK (who wanted to shatter the CIA into 1000 pieces) and tells Anons that we would succeed in JFK’s mission (which was much broader). Remember, in order to claim victory, we must dismantle the pyramid we have discussed. Q tells Anons to think shell. This is in reference to a “shell game,” which is traditionally where a trinket is hidden under several shells, they are mixed up, and the player tries to guess which one. However, I believe the second definition of the game is more fitting, which is “A fraud or deception perpetrated by shifting conspicuous things to hide something else.” Q provides a photo from what is titled, “NSA Traffic Camera London,” in drop #784. Q tells the [UK] to stay alert. Anons on the boards identified this as the corner of Victoria Embankment and Northumberland Avenue in London. This is in reference to the stringers that we discussed from drop #757. Q provides similar, yet different stringers in drop #785. Ultimately, the same warning. We will continue to track as we move forward!  

Q provides a quote from a Trump Tweet in drop #786. If you do some digging, you can also find this Tweet, and other things Trump said at the time, was discussed in this article by The Hill. “Trump also criticized the FBI in a tweet late Saturday, saying it is not acceptable that the agency ‘missed all of the many signals sent out by the Florida school shooter.’ The president said the FBI is “spending too much time trying to prove Russian collusion with the Trump campaign’” (https://bit.ly/41jqgcI). Q has highlighted these points before and therefore asks Anons why it was all being brought back up. I believe it is largely due to both keeping the pressure on the Deep State players and continuing to build / carry the narrative of truth (which takes time and energy, due to the fierce opposition and censorship). This also connects with what the boards had been discussing (i.e. MK Ultra) and therefore it is another example of alignment between the Q drops and the Trump Tweets. Q reminds Anons to follow the money with all situations and ends the drop with a list of encouraging statements.

Q re-iterates that Anons could TRUST Sessions and Wray in drop #787. I will note this was the third time Q stated TRUST Sessions (with several more to come) and the second time Q stated to TRUST Wray (with one more to come). As we have discussed the topic extensively in the past, I won’t hit on the topic of “black hat” / “white hat” in this publication. I will simply remind everyone that we should always study actions versus statements, and we are likely still witnessing certain elements play out that would affect our judgement one way or the other (e.g. Wray is still a visibly active player). Lastly, Q provides a Trump Tweet from October 15, 2016. This Tweet expresses that Hillary should have been prosecuted and thrown in jail instead of running for president. This Tweet is another example of Trump highlighting the rigged election systems long before he was president. Q hits the Deep State hard by stating this Tweet captured the thoughts of the [current] President of the United States. Top Kek!
