How this Works

For each publication, I will review at least one Q drop and discuss at a high level. There is a vast amount of data out there that I cannot not hope to capture in these publications. Therefore, I encourage each of you to independently research the data and come to your own conclusions.  

Drop #773 (https://qalerts.app/):

Q responds to an Anon in drop #773. The Anon responds to another Anon who posted a picture (I cannot retrieve the image, but assume it is a picture of the drop, based on context) and points to the last Q drop that discussed MK Ultra. The second Anon replies with a variety of information on the topic of MK Ultra. To build on the academic introduction from the last publication, I will cover each source in a bullet, to provide a deeper understanding of these atrocious experiments, and include the link for those who want to go deep down the rabbit hole. Be warned, while very interesting in the terms of understanding the levels of depravity of our enemy, this is one of the darker topics that is presented in the drops.

Before this, the Anon mentions Lincoln Park and Calgary Military Base. “Several air force stations and other establishments, many of them training facilities, operated in Calgary, Alberta, Canada from the mid-1930s to the mid-1960s.” “In 1935 the RCAF constructed a landing field on a section of the Canadian Army's Currie Barracks located in southwest Calgary. The airfield was known as Currie Field or the Calgary Military Airport.” “RCAF Station Lincoln Park was closed in 1964, but portions of the base were retained to house military families. The former hangar line at Lincoln Park was taken over by the various Army field units garrisoned at CFB Calgary” (https://bit.ly/3IvsYV6).

• The first source, and the majority of the text the Anon places in the drop is from the Wikipedia page on “CIA activities in Canada” (https://bit.ly/3Ivxxib). I won’t repeat the data the Anon included, but instead will point out that this data (corroborated through research into the cited sources), demonstrates the CIA was active in Canada running MK Ultra experimentation in the mid-1900s. For additional context, the Allan Memorial Institute is in Quebec.

• The second source is a broken link. I couldn’t resurrect the article through my standard practices. However, I did find a decent video that discusses “The Fifth Estate” which describes elements of the MK Ultra program that were carried out in Montreal by the CIA (see below). The video also describes broader efforts by the CIA in America. I recommend giving it a view if you are working to understand the high-level history, experimentation, and intentions behind the program. Ultimately, this is a deep rabbit hole, and everything presented tonight will only scratch the surface.

• The third article adds another item of note regarding Justin Trudeau’s tyranny against the Canadian citizens. “Forty years after revelations that the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency funded brainwashing experiments on unsuspecting Canadians, the Trudeau government is continuing a pattern of silencing the victims.” “A recent Department of Justice gag order in an out-of-court settlement was designed to avoid responsibility and avert compensation to more victims and their families.” “The Trudeau government's quiet non-disclosure payment in March 2017 to the daughter of a now-deceased victim is just the latest development in a decades-old scandal that saw both the CIA and the Canadian government fund brutal science experiments on unsuspecting patients” (https://bit.ly/2KYg70c).

• The fourth source is a NYT’s article that is behind a paywall. However, I was able to find a copy on archive. This article explains how the Canadian government was paying patients damages back in the early 1990s. “Canada has agreed to compensate victims of psychiatric experiments carried out mainly in the 1950's and financed in part by the Central Intelligence Agency.” “The Canadian Government says the 80 or so patients who underwent the so-called ‘psychic driving’ treatment in Montreal, intended to wipe the brain clear of all trauma, can receive almost $80,000 each.” “The patients at the Allan Memorial Institute at McGill were put into a drugged sleep for weeks or months, subjected to electroshock therapy until they were ‘de-patterned,’ knowing neither who or where they were, and forced to listen repeatedly to recorded messages broadcast fromspeakers on the wall or under their pillows.” (https://bit.ly/40ZF8wu).  

• The fifth source is an article that identifies one of the “doctors” in Canada who was helping to run the MK Ultra plan. The article then goes on to describe how the Canadian government was aiding the legal defense of the CIA. I will pull out the former, here, but encourage you to read the latter. “Early in 1957, Dr. D. Ewen Cameron, Director of the Allan Memorial Institute in Montreal, formally applied for funding from the "Society for the Investigation of Human Ecology," a CIA front at Corn-ell University Medical School, New York City.  Cameron described his brainwashing experiments as follows:” (https://bit.ly/3KhNqKf).

  • "(i) The breaking down ongoing patterns of patient's behavior by particularly intensive electroshocks (depatterning).”

  • “(ii) Intensive repetition (16 hours a day for 6-7 days) of prearranged verbal signal.”

  • “(iii) During this intensive repetition the patient is kept in partial sensory isolation.”

  • “(iv) Repression of the driving period is carried out by putting the patient, after the conclusion of the period, into continuous sleep for 7-10 days.”

  • “Cameron also proposed testing ‘LSD and similar agents’ in ‘depat-terning’ his patients.  Sidney Gottlieb and other CIA officials approved the application and over four years, provided $60,000 for the experiments.”

• The sixth source is a longer article that goes into greater detail on both the Canadian / American programs and “doctors.” “The experiments done at McGill were part of the larger MK-ULTRA project led by Sidney Gottlieb of the CIA. In 1963, the year in which MK-ULTRA ended, the CIA compiled all the research into a torture manual called the Kubark Counterintelligence Interrogation Handbook. Yes, a “torture manual” that would eventually define the agency’s interrogation methods and training programs throughout the developing world. The Kubark, which is nowadays readily available, cites the experiments conducted at McGill as one of the main sources of its techniques for sensory deprivation. The document presents some eerie conclusions. An excerpt from the instructions to CIA interrogators reads, ‘Results produced only after weeks or months of imprisonment in an ordinary cell can be duplicated in hours or days in a cell which has no light, which is sound-proofed, in which odors are eliminated, et cetera’” (https://bit.ly/3YY31me).

Absolutely crazy! If you are interested, here is a link to the Kubark that was referenced (https://bit.ly/3IClH5Y). Q responds to the Anon, and the wealth of information, by asking if any recent shooters received therapy in the past. When you dig into mass shootings you will find that many, if not all, have a background with therapy, mental issues, and/or pharmaceuticals. I will leave the extended list for the interested digger, but I will address the ones we have discussed throughout the publications at a high level. You know the saying, where there is smoke there is fire. 

• Las Vegas Shooter: “Las Vegas killer Stephen Paddock was prescribed the anti-anxiety drug Valium in June, a drug that has aggressive behavior as a possible side effect” (https://bit.ly/3xA4Ytv).  

• Southerland Church Shooter: “The autopsy, first reported on by San Antonio TV station KENS, also says toxicology tests detected marijuana and anti-anxiety drugs in [Devin Kelly’s] system” (https://cbsn.ws/3YHmt73).

• Parkland Shooter: “The department also said that Henderson Behavioral Health, an independent organization, told DCF that [Nikolas] Cruz was receiving mental health treatment services and that he was taking medication” (https://bit.ly/412Gl6p).

Drops #774 through #776 (https://qalerts.app/):

Q responds to drop #773 in drop #774. Q highlights an important aspect of both the awakening process for the people and adhering to national security standards for Trump and the Patriots. Q states that the discoveries (i.e. conclusions the drops point to) had to originate organically. This statement connects directly with what Q told Anons in drop #340 (see snapshot #1 below), in drop #30 (see snapshot #2 below), and drop #128 (see snapshot #3 below). The statements I am specifically referencing are, “not everything can be stated 1:1,” “I can hint and point but cannot give too many highly classified data points,” and the “40,000ft. v. is classified,” respectively.

These statements are important for people undergoing the awakening process, because one of the primary goals is to create free and critical thinkers. If Q would have provided us with all the answers / plan details, it would have only created a new population of people being spoon-fed a narrative and expected behaviors. I believe this is evident in how many people are still being fooled by shills within our movement, many of which have been proven wrong and exposed as frauds. These statements are important for national security, because one of the primary requirements is to do everything “by the book” and according to the rule of Constitutional law. This means that Trump and the Patriots cannot break Operational Security (OPSEC) requirements regarding classified data. Also, as we have mentioned, Q could not tell us the answers / plan details to avoid tipping off the enemy. As always, I encourage you to dig deep and use discernment!
